I using a random rar filename for upload.

and if links down I reupload the file using TC but in that case rar file name gets change as well. can we do something like this, lets assume this is my post content

now I use TC for upload and save reupload text file Chucky.S03E04.720p.WEB.h264-EDITH.txt

now when I replace text file based on name using TM. TM will have option if I want to replace only between selected word. if I select [DLINK][/DLINK]

TM will keep the "chucky tv show all info etc" but it will replace between [DLINK].....[/DLINK] info

Will take a look more a bit later.
